One of the reasons why we love animals so much, fam, is because some hooman beans are just garbage. Some people have no care for how others feel and are just plain old selfish. Animals aren't that way. They're always honest about their interactions and the way they feel about you. They won't lie to you behind your back or make you pay for something because they don't have a job. Well, they actually will do that one because you do have to pay for them and they don't have jobs, but you get the point.

This is why we'll always choose our doggos over any person. The manchild husband in this thread below used his wife's dogs as an excuse to get a divorce, when it turns out he already had a new girlfriend waiting for him after they broke up.   • This guy is a real piece of work. Anytime someone says something terrible, but then follows it with “but I still love you”, is just trying to soften the blow of the terrible thing they said. It's not real, it's a tactic to make you feel some sort of empathy for them.

  • Girl, I wouldn't pay him a cent. If he really wants the divorce, he and his new girlfriend can pay for it, if it's that important to them. You're still willing to make things work, and if we're being honest, it seems like you're carrying this relationship anyway. If it were us, we would let him go - he's already gone.
